PB2 - HALF WALL FORMWORK de.com PLASTBAU® 2

An innovative construction system, versatile and convenient

The element "Half Wall Formwork" de.com Plastbau®, called PB2, allows the realization of supporting partitions where the resistant elements are represented by the succession of reinforced concrete pillars that, by that connecting the beams, to the curbs and to foundations, realize a frame structure thrown directly into the elements without the need for shuttering and without resorting to additional insulation systems for the protection of thermal bridges. Choosing the Half Wall Formwork PB2 as a system for masonry rear-end collision, however, you can create walls against intruders, filling reinforced not concrete through holes inside the elements. In any case, the masonry thus formed, is energy-efficient and enables compliance with the transmittance values prescribed by the regulations, only 30 cm thick. The Pb2 element performs the function of buffering the framed buildings and is considered, according to the NTC, as a constructive element without structural function. Despite the definition of non-structural constructive element, the regulation establishes the compulsory verification of it to avoid damaging with consequent harms to persons or things, but thanks to its features, the internal little pillars in concrete thoroughly linked to inter-floor beams, prevent the expulsion of buffering, in addition near the knot there are no elements that can provoke crushing with consequent break for cutting in proximity to the pillar.

The basic element of the wall is a permanent formwork of polystyrene Sintered foam extinguishing, density 22 Kg / mc.
The width is 120 cm, the height is optional as it is produced in a machine for continuous extrusion.
The wall has a thickness of 26 cm. Each 30 cm has gaps circular section of 16 cm to be used in formwork for pillars of concrete.
The number and position of the columns are determined by the calculation Structural, for permitted areas.
The panel is suitable for various uses, such as:

- bearing wall for buildings to one or more floors, and in this case the por-tance is determined by the number and size of the pillars cast in place by filling the voids prepared and obtaining a structure
framed by pillars and beams formed at the level of the plan;

- infill wall.

It is therefore a wall of completion and perfectly insulation without thermal bridges, with a thermal transmittance value equal to 0.30 W / m ° C, so as to ensure full compliance with the rules of the D. Decree 29 December 2006, Ranked no. 311 with no other burden.
The thicknesses finished obviously depend on the thickness of plaster exterior and interior.
